Dr Nicolas Low was very gentle throughout the entire filling process and clearly explained the issues concerning my tooth. I am very pleased with the overall experience.

Everyone was so friendly and informative, and they also made sure I was doing fine throughout the procedure. Thank you for the care and excellent service! I'm glad I went to the Jurong West outlet :)

The whole team has provided excellent service. I could not do my booking online, but using WhatsApp for appointment booking was easy too. The receptionist provided clear instructions on the payment method and managed to give me a discount using PayNow. The dentist also advised me about my tooth condition. Both the dentist and dental assistant provided good service during the general tooth cleaning.
