Before I went to Advanced Dental Sengkang, I had dental anxiety. But for the past few years, with Dr Candy Ding as my regular dentist, I'm not apprehensive about dental appointments any more. She's understanding, patient, thorough, takes the time to explain, during the procedure which calms me and also, review the condition of my teeth and gums in detail at the end. Because of her care, my oral health has improved. My husband is now making dental appointments with Dr Ding as well after my recommendation. I am very grateful for her time and care.

Had a great experience at Advanced Dental for my wisdom tooth extraction. The staff were very friendly and booking was easy. The dentist clearly explained the difference between simple and surgical extraction, so I understood everything before proceeding. The procedure was smooth and not as scary as I expected. The dentist Dr Lim Jing Yu was very professional, friendly, and experienced. The tooth extraction was not as painful as I had expected, and the injection was the same.

The whole team has provided excellent service. I could not do my booking online, but using WhatsApp for appointment booking was easy too. The receptionist provided clear instructions on the payment method and managed to give me a discount using PayNow. The dentist also advised me about my tooth condition. Both the dentist and dental assistant provided good service during the general tooth cleaning.
