Invisalign Price in Singapore (2026)
Medically reviewed by Dr Matthew Sng ·
Invisalign at Advanced Dental costs S$3,900 to S$7,900, depending on how complex your case is. Complexity is measured by the ClinCheck digital treatment plan — a 3D simulation built from a scan of your teeth that maps out every stage of movement and states how many aligner sets your case needs. Simple cases needing up to 14 aligner sets fit Invisalign Light at S$3,900; typical cases fit Invisalign Signature at S$6,500; complex cases — above 60 aligner sets, or where extractions are involved — fit Invisalign Pro at S$7,900.
The package fee excludes the initial consultation, X-rays and retainers, which are billed separately and itemised below. A staggered payment plan spreads the fee across your treatment visits. All figures on this page are 2026 fees.

| Invisalign Pro | S$7,900 | Complex cases, e.g. above 60 aligner sets on the ClinCheck plan, or where extractions are involved. |
Package fees exclude the initial consultation, X-rays and retainers — see the tables below for those figures.

Which package will I need?
Your package is set by the ClinCheck plan, not by guesswork. After the consultation and records X-rays, a digital scan of your teeth is used to build a 3D simulation of the full course of treatment — every planned tooth movement, stage by stage. The plan states how many aligner sets your case needs, and that number decides the package: up to 14 sets is Invisalign Light at S$3,900; a typical set count is Invisalign Signature at S$6,500; a count above 60 sets, or a case involving extractions, is Invisalign Pro at S$7,900.
Your dentist walks you through the ClinCheck plan and confirms the package and its fee before you commit — the price is fixed before any aligners are manufactured, so there is no mid-treatment jump between packages.
What's included and what's extra
The package fee covers the planned course of aligners. Three items sit outside it and are billed separately:
- Consultation — S$20 to S$40 for a simple assessment, S$50 to S$80 for a complex one.
- Records X-rays — an OPG at S$100 and a lateral cephalometric X-ray at S$100.
- Retainers — fitted at the end of treatment; see the retainer table above.
Refinements — additional aligner sets ordered when teeth need further movement after the planned course — depend on your package. Invisalign Signature includes a refinement round in the package fee, with further rounds at S$500 each. If refinements are likely in your case, ask your dentist to confirm the arrangement for your package at the consultation.
As a worked example: a typical Signature case, with a complex consultation, both X-rays and a pair of retainers, lands at roughly S$6,900 to S$7,400 all in.
How staged payment works
You do not pay the package fee as a single lump sum. Advanced Dental offers a staggered payment plan that spreads the fee across your treatment visits — an initial payment when you commit to the ClinCheck plan, then scheduled instalments at appointments over the course of treatment.
The exact split depends on the package and the length of your plan. Ask at the consultation, or message us on WhatsApp, for the payment schedule that would apply to your case.
Vivera and other retainers
Every Invisalign case ends with retainers. Teeth drift back towards their old positions without them, which puts the result — and the fee you have paid — at risk, so retention is part of the treatment, not an optional add-on. Retainers are billed separately from the package.
Vivera retainers are made by Align Technology, the company behind Invisalign, from the same scan data as your aligners. A single pair is S$600; a set of three pairs is S$1,200, which works out at S$400 a pair and gives you spares as retainers wear over time. Other options on the fee schedule include the Essix retainer at S$200, the High Impact Essix at S$300, the Hawley retainer at S$350 and a fixed (bonded) retainer at S$600.
Invisalign or braces?
On price alone, the two overlap. At Advanced Dental, metal braces are S$4,500 to S$5,500 and ceramic braces S$5,500 to S$7,000, against S$3,900 to S$7,900 for Invisalign. A simple case can cost less with Invisalign Light (S$3,900) than with metal braces, while a complex case on Invisalign Pro (S$7,900) sits above the ceramic range — so the price answer depends on your case, not the appliance.
Both routes bill the consultation, records X-rays and retainers separately, so those figures cancel out of the comparison. See the braces price guide for the itemised braces fees, and discuss both options at the consultation — clinical fit matters as much as the fee.
CHAS and MediSave
Neither applies to Invisalign. Orthodontic treatment is not CHAS-subsidised and not MediSave-claimable, whatever your card tier or age. That is a rule of the national schemes rather than a clinic policy: CHAS dental subsidies cover a defined list of procedures such as fillings, extractions and dentures, and MediSave covers surgical dental procedures — aligner treatment is on neither list.
Plan to fund the full fee yourself, and use the staggered payment plan to spread it across the treatment. For what CHAS does cover at our clinics, see the CHAS guide.

Invisalign pricing: frequently asked questions
Why is Invisalign S$3,900 for some people and S$7,900 for others?
The fee follows case complexity, measured by the number of aligner sets on your ClinCheck digital plan. Up to 14 sets is Invisalign Light at S$3,900, a typical set count is Invisalign Signature at S$6,500, and above 60 sets — or a case involving extractions — is Invisalign Pro at S$7,900. Your dentist confirms the package before you commit.
How much do refinements cost?
Refinements are additional aligner sets ordered when teeth need further movement after the planned course. On the Invisalign Signature package, a refinement round is included in the S$6,500 fee, and further rounds are S$500 each. Ask your dentist to confirm the refinement arrangement for your package before you start.
What is the true all-in cost of Invisalign?
Add the records and retainers to the package fee. A typical Signature case: S$6,500 package + S$20 to S$80 consultation + S$200 for the two planning X-rays + retainers from S$200 (Essix) to S$600 (a Vivera pair) — roughly S$6,900 to S$7,400 all in. The same add-ons apply to the Light and Pro packages.
Do I need to pay everything upfront?
No. A staggered payment plan is available: an initial payment when you commit to the ClinCheck plan, then instalments at scheduled visits across the treatment. The split depends on the package and plan length — ask at the consultation for the schedule that applies to you.
Can I use CHAS or MediSave to pay for Invisalign?
No. Orthodontic treatment, including Invisalign, is not CHAS-subsidised and not MediSave-claimable under the national scheme rules. CHAS covers a defined list of procedures such as fillings, extractions and dentures — see the CHAS guide for details.
Is there a separate price for teenagers?
The same 2026 fee schedule applies at any age: the package is set by the complexity of the case on the ClinCheck plan, not by the age of the patient. A teenager with a simple case would fit Invisalign Light at S$3,900 on the same basis as an adult.
What happens to the price if my treatment runs longer than planned?
The package fee is fixed against your ClinCheck plan, so the planned course of aligners does not cost extra if it takes longer to wear through. If your teeth need refinement sets beyond what your package includes, those are charged separately — S$500 per further round on the Signature package.
How much does it cost to replace a retainer later?
Replacement retainers are charged at the standard fee-schedule rates: Essix S$200, High Impact Essix S$300, Hawley S$350, Vivera S$600 a pair (or S$1,200 for a set of three pairs), and a fixed retainer S$600. Ordering the three-pair Vivera set at the outset gives you spares at S$400 a pair.
